The event organiser confirms the closing window with us in advance, and we keep drivers on standby through the last expected departure. Guests do not need to arrange their own transport home.

For hourly event hire, a 3-hour minimum applies per vehicle. This covers the pre-event preparation, transit, and waiting time at the venue. For fixed-price point-to-point transfers to and from a venue, standard transfer rates apply with no minimum hire period. Most multi-vehicle event bookings combine a fixed-price inbound transfer with an hourly standby arrangement for the return leg, which gives the best balance between cost certainty and flexibility.
