For multi-vehicle events, 2–4 weeks ahead is ideal. Single vehicle bookings can often be arranged with less notice, but we recommend confirming as early as possible for popular event dates.
Yes. We run pre-event pickup circuits from multiple hotels or addresses into the venue, and reverse the process for returns. Provide all addresses and we build the schedule.
Regularly. We are comfortable taking direction from event management companies, executive assistants, and venue coordinators. All communication goes through whoever is running the logistics.
Sedans for executive guests, SUVs for small groups, and the Mercedes V-Class for groups of up to 7. For larger groups we can coordinate multiple vehicles running in parallel.
Yes. Return transfers are a core part of our event service. We hold vehicles on standby for staggered departures, so guests leave when they choose rather than being rushed.
For hourly event hire, 3 hours minimum applies. For fixed-price transfers to and from a venue, standard transfer rates apply with no minimum.
