Yes. We travel to regional wedding venues throughout WA, including the Swan Valley, Margaret River, the Perth Hills, Rottnest Island (ferry coordination), and further regional locations. A travel surcharge applies based on distance from Perth CBD, which we confirm in writing before you book. For Margaret River weddings, we often recommend booking at least 4 to 6 months ahead as weekend availability fills faster for regional dates. We plan for this. Every chauffeur carries your full run sheet and all vehicles have buffer time built into the schedule. Weddings rarely run exactly to time, so we do not hold you to the minute. If the ceremony or reception runs significantly over your booked time, any additional time is charged at the standard hourly rate, confirmed with your wedding coordinator before it is applied. Your chauffeur will never leave before confirming with you that you are finished for the day.
Yes. One chilled bottle of sparkling wine is complimentary in the bridal vehicle as standard. It is ready when you step in after the ceremony. Additional bottles can be arranged at cost and added to your booking in advance. If you or your guests prefer non-alcoholic options, chilled water and soft drinks are always available. For groups using the V-Class, we can pre-stock with a selection of drinks to suit the group. Just let us know your preferences when you confirm the booking.
