For Optus Stadium, we use the designated vehicle drop-off zone on Burswood Parade, which is the closest vehicle access point to the main gates. This puts you within a 2 minute walk of the gate entries without navigating the general car park. We are familiar with the stadium layout and the traffic flow on event nights, so we time the approach to minimise waiting in the vehicle queue.
We confirm a meeting point with you before the event. For Optus Stadium, we use the same Burswood Parade drop-off zone. For Crown Perth, the main porte-cochere. For RAC Arena, the Wellington Street footpath. You text us when you are leaving the venue and we move to position. On busy event nights, there may be a brief wait of 5 to 10 minutes while we clear the traffic leaving the venue. We let you know in real time.

Event nights typically see high demand for rideshares and significant price surges after the event. Our rates remain fixed regardless of the night. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for event nights to ensure vehicle availability, particularly for Saturday evening events.
