Yes. The Mercedes-Benz V-Class accommodates up to 4 full-size golf bags with ease, along with the passengers and their personal gear. The Audi Q7 fits 2 to 3 bags in the rear cargo area. Your chauffeur loads and unloads all equipment at each location. You do not need to lift, drag, or manage your clubs at any point. For larger groups with multiple bags, the V-Class is the recommended vehicle so everyone and all equipment travels together without separate arrangements.

Yes. We regularly run pre-round pickup circuits across multiple locations before heading to the course. This is common for corporate groups where participants are coming from different offices, hotels, or homes. Provide all pickup addresses and preferred start times when you book, and we will plan the most efficient route to collect everyone before the tee time. Return pickups from the course can also be split across different drop-off addresses if required, handled through one booking.
We build buffer time into all golf bookings specifically because rounds rarely finish on schedule. If your group goes over the planned duration, your chauffeur is still there. You will not be left stranded at the course. Extensions are charged at the standard hourly rate and confirmed directly with your chauffeur on the day. There is no rebooking fee or penalty for going over time. If you know in advance that your group tends to run long, flag it at booking and we will structure the timing more conservatively from the start.
