Learn moreThe standard route runs north on the Brand Highway, past Cataby, Eneabba and Dongara, and into Geraldton from the south. It is the most direct road and the one we quote unless you ask for something else. A rest break of about 30 minutes is planned for every trip, usually around Cataby or Eneabba, so allow about 5 hours door to door.
If you would like to see the coast on the way, the Indian Ocean Drive runs closer to the sea and rejoins the highway further north. It is a different road to the Brand Highway, so we treat it as a scenic option with its own timing and price.

Taking the Indian Ocean Drive with a stop at the Pinnacles adds about 7 km and 15 to 20 minutes of driving compared with the Brand Highway, plus the time you spend walking or driving the loop. A national park vehicle entry fee applies and is shown in your quote.
Jurien Bay is on the Indian Ocean Drive, not the Brand Highway. Adding the Pinnacles and Jurien Bay together makes the drive about 450 km and 5 hours 5 minutes before stops, around 40 minutes longer than the standard route.

Landing in Perth and heading straight to the Mid West? Your chauffeur meets you at the terminal, helps with the bags and drives you about 420 km to Geraldton, roughly 4 hours 20 minutes of driving plus a rest break. These are daytime fares on an ordinary day using our published per km rates. A pickup elsewhere in Perth changes the distance. Stops, waiting, a pickup between midnight and 6 am, or travel on a WA public holiday cost extra at our published rates. A return is priced as its own journey.

Yes, as a scenic option. Both sit on the Indian Ocean Drive rather than the Brand Highway, so we change the route for you. The Pinnacles add about 15 to 20 minutes of driving plus your time there, and adding Jurien Bay as well makes the drive about 40 minutes longer than the standard route. We include the extra time and any park entry fee in the quote.
We do not recommend it. A same day round trip is close to 9 hours of driving before any time in Geraldton. Most clients book a one way transfer, or stay overnight and book the return for the next day.
At least 1 to 2 weeks notice is best for a Perth to Geraldton transfer, since it commits a vehicle and driver for most of a day. Shorter notice is sometimes possible, so it is always worth asking.
Once you accept the written quote we send a secure card payment link for that price, and the booking is confirmed when it is paid. Business clients with an account can be invoiced instead. A return transfer is quoted and paid as its own journey.
Regional transfers follow our standard transfer terms. Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Between 4 and 24 hours before pickup, 50 per cent is refunded. The Mercedes-Benz E-Class takes up to 3 passengers and 3 bags. The Audi Q7 and BMW X5 take up to 6 passengers with 3 large and 2 small bags. For bigger groups or more luggage, the Mercedes-Benz V-Class seats up to 7 with room for 6 bags. Yes. A baby or toddler seat (0 to 4 years) is $20 and a booster seat (4 to 7 years) is $20, fitted before pickup. Let us know the age of each child when you ask for a quote.
Give us your flight number and we track it, so the pickup moves with the actual landing time. The free waiting period after landing is set out in our Cancellation Policy. Waiting beyond that is charged at $45 an hour.
