Learn moreThe route follows the Albany Highway the whole way, through Williams, Arthur River, Kojonup and Mount Barker. A rest break of about 30 minutes is planned for every trip, usually at Williams or Kojonup, so allow a little over 5 hours door to door. Leaving Perth in the morning gets you to Albany in the early afternoon.
Mount Barker sits on the highway in the Great Southern wine region, so a cellar door stop there costs little extra time. Frankland River and the Valley of the Giants are off the highway and add real distance, so we quote them as detours. No. The Tree Top Walk is near Walpole, west of the Albany Highway. Going that way adds roughly 120 km and 1.5 hours of driving, so we quote it as a detour with the extra time included. Mount Barker, by contrast, is right on the highway.
We recommend at least 1 to 2 weeks notice for a Perth to Albany transfer, since it commits a vehicle and chauffeur for most of a day. For peak periods or fixed dates, earlier is better.
Once you accept the written quote we send a secure card payment link for that price, and the booking is confirmed when it is paid. Business clients with an account can be invoiced instead. A return transfer is quoted and paid as its own journey.
Regional transfers follow our standard transfer terms. Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Between 4 and 24 hours before pickup, 50 per cent is refunded. For bigger groups or more luggage, the Mercedes-Benz V-Class seats up to 7 with room for 6 bags. Yes. A baby or toddler seat (0 to 4 years) is $20 and a booster seat (4 to 7 years) is $20, fitted before pickup. Let us know the age of each child when you ask for a quote.
Give us your flight number and we track it, so the pickup moves with the actual landing time. The free waiting period after landing is set out in our Cancellation Policy. Waiting beyond that is charged at $45 an hour.
