If your flight is delayed, we push back your pickup time automatically so your chauffeur arrives when you do. If you land early, we aim to have the driver in position as quickly as possible. This is included at no extra charge on all airport transfer bookings. Just provide the flight number when you book and we handle the rest. You will not need to call us when you land.

The Mercedes-Benz V-Class takes up to seven passengers and is the right pick for a group or anyone travelling with golf bags, surfboards, or bulky equipment. Every vehicle class carries the same service standard, the choice is about passenger count, luggage volume, and the level of formality you want.

We include a complimentary 30 minute grace period calculated from the actual time your flight lands, not the scheduled arrival. This gives you enough time to clear customs, collect your luggage, and walk through to the arrivals area without rushing. After the 30 minute grace period, a waiting charge of $15 per 15 minutes applies. For international arrivals where customs or immigration runs longer than usual, contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate the additional time. Flight delays never shorten your grace period.

Absolutely. We recommend booking both legs at once to lock in your rate and avoid any availability issues around busy travel dates. When you book a return transfer at the same time, we note your departure date, terminal, and preferred pickup time, and send you a reminder closer to departure. You can request the same vehicle class and, where possible, the same chauffeur. Booking both together also produces a single invoice, which is convenient for business expense reporting. Just confirm the outbound and return details when completing the booking form.

Cancellations made more than 4 hours before your scheduled pickup receive a full refund with no penalty. Changes to pickup time are accepted up to 1 hour before the booking at no charge, subject to availability. If your flight is cancelled by the airline, we treat it as a force majeure situation and refund in full regardless of the timing. For same day changes due to delays or gate changes, we strongly recommend updating us through the contact number on your confirmation rather than cancelling. We aim to accommodate changes wherever possible.
